
Igloolik, Nunavut
The IK-ADAPT work being conducted in Igloolik, seek Nunavut investigates Inuit knowledge regarding climate change, look industrial development, and associated human and environmental health issues in the community of Igloolik and larger area of Foxe Basin, Nunavut. In collaboration with locals, Inuktitut language results are being produced, which combine traditional knowledge, documentary video, and interactive mapping.
Igloolik is a community of approximately 1,600 people on an island in the Foxe Basin in Nunavut, Canada.
